3.18 ACRES – 2 Bedroom Ocean View Home, With Infinity Pool And Private Waterfall

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

With a sunset ocean view, a mountain view, and a jungle trail leading to a private waterfall, this two-bedroom home on a dead-end street in a gated community provides all of the best Costa Rica has to offer! You get the neighborhood feel while being on the outskirts with total privacy.

The Property

This well-constructed custom home was built to the 2014 California Earthquake Code using block, rebar, and concrete. The home has a beautiful, cozy feel to it with custom-built hardwoods throughout the house and an open floor plan with lots of comfortable sitting rooms. The kitchen cabinets are local cedar as are the custom-designed doors.

Outdoor Living

The outdoor area is perfect for entertaining or relaxing and taking in the wildlife, view, and beautiful landscaping. The large infinity pool is a custom design with a beautiful Coralina pool deck and lounging area.

This house is all about nature! It is positioned to catch the breezes coming off of the ocean during the day. And there are trails winding down through the garden and one that leads you through the jungle to a patio that sits on top of a waterfall.

Location & Access

Chontales is only 25-minutes from the commuter airport in Palmar, 25-minutes to the natural pristine beaches and restaurants, and 35-minutes from all of the eco-tourism leaving out of the river or Uvita to go fishing, snorkeling, or scuba diving.

The builder of this home knew how important storage space is and this property features a walk-in owner’s closet, a large laundry/storage room, and two separate storage spaces in the carport.

Very few properties have a mix of so many different views and features. This property is perfect for someone who wants their privacy and enjoys the views which makes for a great rental property.
