1.8 ACRES – Jungle & Creek Bordered Land In Secure Gated Community, Ready For Your Dream Home

This wonderful lot provides two of the most precious and sought-after qualities – close communion with the tropical wilderness and peace of mind & security. Located in a gated and safe development, you can enjoy the sights and sounds of nature with a total peace of mind!

Set back a fair distance from the internal road the elevated plantel, tucked against the towering jungle trees and out of sight of the passing vehicles, is reached via a prepared driveway. The large building area is suitable for a sizeable house with extensive outdoor construction such as a deck, swimming pool, a jacuzzi, storage shed or even a small cabin or two! The majestic coastal mountains provide a dramatic backdrop and should be clearly visible from the upper story of the dream house. These mountains rise to over 1,300m (4,300ft) and are often covered by ever-changing clouds and mists. Seasonal waterfalls, some hundreds of meters high, come into view as they cascade down the nearly vertical slopes of the ranges.

The Property

A peaceful creek touches the lower border of the property and, together with the jungles at the back end of the lot, will support the plants and animals that Costa Rica is famous for: toucans, macaws, blue morpho butterflies, oropendolas, iguanas and countless other creatures will be your new neighbors – and at night the symphony of frogs will ease you into a peaceful sleep.

Located in the expat mecca of Ojochal, you are just a few minutes away from restaurants, cafes, yoga & pickleball facilities, gym & soccer fields, supermarkets, medical & legal offices, gas station and so much more! The famous Playa Ventanas is a quick drive away, as is the mesmerizing Pavones waterfall.
