Property overview

# CASA CATARATA – 3 Bedroom Home, Private Waterfall, Boho Style & Close To Beach

Nestled within Uvita's lush jungle canopy, this recently renovated residence embodies the bohemian-modern aesthetic that defines contemporary Costa Rican living. The crown jewel of the property is its private waterfall—a serene sanctuary where guests can disconnect from the outside world and surrender to the rhythm of cascading water surrounded by verdant forest.

The main home accommodates three bedrooms and welcomes visitors seeking both comfort and authentic connection to nature. The property owner maintains a separate casita on-site, ensuring privacy and independence throughout your stay. Uvita has earned its reputation as the Southern Pacific's gateway to untamed beauty, where pristine coastline meets rainforest within minutes of exploration.

Access to Casa Catarata requires a 4WD vehicle, a necessary trade-off that rewards adventurous travelers with genuine seclusion and proximity to the region's most coveted natural attractions. This elevated location also places you minutes from the beach, bridging jungle immersion with coastal accessibility.

**Important Environmental Consideration:** This property sits at the heart of Costa Rica's tropical ecosystem. Insects, rodents, lizards, and reptiles naturally inhabit this environment year-round—they are not anomalies but fundamental elements of the jungle experience guests choose to embrace. While a comprehensive pest management protocol maintains the property's interior, occasional wildlife encounters outside or within the home are an inherent aspect of rainforest living and do not constitute a rental policy violation. We encourage all guests to view these creatures as valued residents of the landscape you came to experience.

**Cleaning Fee:** $125
