Property overview

# 20 Acres – Primary Forest Sanctuary with Waterfalls and Ocean Views

Nestled within the verdant landscape of Uvita's Southern Zone, this 20-acre parcel represents a rare convergence of ecological richness, development potential, and unspoiled natural beauty. The property encompasses primary and secondary jungle alive with hundreds of animal species, interconnected by colorful trails that wind toward cascading waterfalls and natural springs fed by the region's pristine watershed.

Positioned as part of the picturesque Cerro Del Tigre hillside, the sanctuary sits just 15 minutes from downtown Uvita via the established Calle La Unión. Its location at the terminus of this well-traveled route ensures exceptional privacy while maintaining convenient access to regional amenities. The single-vehicle access point—a deliberate design feature—creates an exclusive enclave where the symphony of wildlife replaces urban noise.

Multiple building sites dot the property, each strategically positioned to maximize vantage points. The primary development location commands sweeping ocean views toward the iconic Piedra Ballena, while secondary sites overlook the jungle canopy and surrounding mountain ridges. A ridge-top pathway demarcates the property boundary, creating natural spatial definition across the expansive terrain.

For those envisioning a private retreat, sustainable development project, or conservation-minded investment, this land delivers immeasurable potential. The combination of buildable sites, water features, and ecological diversity—alongside genuine ocean vistas—creates the framework for a truly bespoke sanctuary. Hiking, swimming, and contemplation are yours alone to pursue across this protected haven where the earth's natural wonders remain largely undisturbed.
