# Casa Kongo: 3-Bedroom Mountain Sanctuary in Costa Verde Estates

Perched on 2.5 acres within Costa Rica's most coveted gated community, Casa Kongo represents the pinnacle of modern tropical living—where discerning buyers seeking substantive quality find themselves in an increasingly competitive market.

This custom-designed residence commands sweeping vistas across the verdant mountains and jungle canopy that define Uvita's Southern Pacific landscape, a region renowned for its dramatic Marino Ballena National Park and year-round biodiversity. Every room frames these landscape views through floor-to-ceiling glass and thoughtfully positioned balconies, while wooden architectural elements anchor the home's connection to its surrounding rainforest environment.

The floor plan spans three generously proportioned bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, each bedroom opening onto private balconies. The master suite and two guest bedrooms are appointed with 55" SmartTVs and designed for restorative tropical retreats. High-speed internet (150+ Mbps) ensures seamless connectivity, while luxurious bathrooms and an outdoor soaking tub allow guests to bathe beneath the canopy.

Entertaining flows naturally across multiple venues: two substantial dining areas, an expansive patio, an outdoor kitchen with full grill and wine cooler, and dual aquatic features—a zero-edge infinity pool and integrated hot tub. The fully equipped interior kitchen provides the foundation for culinary creativity before venturing into the surrounding natural paradise.

This residence delivers the modern infrastructure and curated luxury amenities demanded by sophisticated owners, all cradled within a serene forest sanctuary. Contact CAVU Group to schedule your private showing of Casa Kongo.
