11 Acres — Ocean View Land with Waterfall, River & Trails | Tinamastes

Property overview

An extraordinary piece of Tinamastes jungle, this 11-acre (47,915 m² / ~4.8 hectares) property offers a rare blend of ocean views, a private waterfall, a river, and a network of trails winding through lush tropical forest — an adventure property and conservation holding in one of Costa Rica's most scenic inland valleys.

The land is covered in dense tropical forest, home to an abundance of wildlife, towering hardwoods, and the kind of biodiversity that's increasingly difficult to find at this scale. Walking the trails that cross the property, you'll encounter the sights and sounds of the jungle at every turn — birds, monkeys, and the constant presence of flowing water.

Multiple build sites are available throughout the property, each offering different opportunities — elevated ocean-view homesites or secluded jungle clearings deeper in the forest. The scale gives a future owner the flexibility to develop one area while leaving the rest as private nature reserve.

The waterfall and river are among the property's most distinctive features, offering a natural swimming hole, peaceful relaxation, and the backdrop of a true rainforest sanctuary. A trail system already winds through the property, making it easy to explore and appreciate the full scope of what this land offers.

Whether you envision a private jungle retreat, an eco-lodge concept, or simply an extraordinary piece of Costa Rican wilderness to hold and steward, this 11-acre parcel delivers something rare: true scale, true privacy, and true nature — with ocean views to remind you of exactly where you are in Costa Rica.
