Property overview

# Casa Sirena – Ojochal Sanctuary

Nestled in the heart of Ojochal along Calle Papagayo, Casa Sirena represents an exceptional opportunity for discerning buyers seeking authenticity and value in Costa Rica's coveted Southern Zone. This newly rebuilt residence commands 1.30 acres of lush terrain and delivers the lifestyle qualities most serious purchasers prioritize—without overextending budgets in today's market.

The property's most arresting feature is its commanding jungle vista. Towering African Palms frame views of the mountains that encircle this artist-friendly village, while the canopy hosts an impressive menagerie: toucans, scarlet macaws, and resident monkey troops move through the mature landscaping with regularity. The land yields its own bounty—coconuts, bananas, plantains, citrus, and star fruit—with substantial room for expanded cultivation or personal projects.

Design excellence distinguishes the single-level, open-concept floor plan. Black-trimmed doors and exposed teak ceilings create sophisticated contrast against breathable Coralina stone imported for the resort-caliber pool area. An elevated soaking tub—complete with cascading waterfall—provides an intimate retreat immersed in the soundscape of the surrounding jungle.

The kitchen reflects European craftsmanship: concrete countertops, a professional gas cooktop, a vintage-inspired electric oven, and a generous farmer's sink overlook mature lipstick palms through expansive windows—a workspace equally suited to serious cooks and casual entertaining.

Two generously proportioned master suites anchor the home, each featuring new air conditioning and ensuite baths. Sukabumi stone in cool blue-green tones lines the showers, while overhead skylights blur the boundary between indoor bathing and open-air sanctuary.

With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and turnkey furnishings, this residence awaits only your arrival. Substantial usable land in an established, desirable location positions this property as a rare offering in Ojochal's competitive market.
