0.26 ACRES – 2 Bedroom Villa With Pool Minutes From The Beach

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Villa Lapas is a beautiful 2-bedroom jungle home conveniently located minutes from the beach in Manuel Antonio. Surrounded by lush jungle, it is part of a biological corridor for local wildlife and receives frequent visits from the area's fauna, including monkeys, sloths, toucans, iguanas and more. It is just a 5 minute drive to Quepos, where most grocery stores, shops, and banks are located, as well as the Pez Vela Marina. In the other direction it's only 10 minutes from the main beach and national park. You can also walk to a couple of local beaches within about 30 minutes (Playa la Macha & Playa Vaca).

The Property

The villa is very spacious for a 2-bedroom villa, and has a contemporary feel with some colonial touches. A wide front entry leads to a descending staircase to the bedroom and media room level. There are 2 large master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and sofa beds, thus for rentals it can accommodate up to 4 adults and 4 children–which is an ideal scenario for families traveling together. A gorgeous spiral staircase with wooden steps descends to the living area level, which has an open floor plan and communicates directly to the outdoor covered living area and pool area. A full kitchen, large wooden dining room table and sofas intermingle into a versatile indoor area, and outdoors an arcade separates the covered patio from the lush rainforest and pool.

The home comes completely furnished and has a turnkey rental program already in place, for worry-free hands-off ownership.

Villa Lapas is a central sanctuary!
